Ingredients:
- thin leaves of sauerkraut
- 1 cup crushed chickpeas
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup of red beans
- 1 cup bulgur
- onion
- tomato paste
- salt, pepper, spices
Preparation method:
- Soak sauerkraut leaves in cold water.
- Soak the chickpeas and cook until tender. Mix with all ingredients.
- Add tomato paste, fried onion, spices, and mix.
- Wrap it in sheets, spread it in a saucepan, and pour in tomato- water.
Serve cold
