Today we prepare the most delicious dish of Italian cuisine - lasagna.
Preparation time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Minced meat - 400 g
2. Tomatoes - 1 kg
3. Cheese - 300 g
4. Lasagna layer - 250 g
5. Basil - 3 g / g
6. Olive oil - 3 g / g
7. Salt and pepper
8. Flour - 3 g / g
9. Milk - 800 ml
10. Tomatoes - 100 g
Preparation:
1 ․ Melt the butter, add the flour, stirring constantly, and cook for 3 minutes. Then pour in the milk and cook until thickened.
2 ․ Fry the minced meat in olive oil. Add tomatoes to the meat, and season with salt and pepper.
3 ․ Preheat the oven to 180 °. Arrange the layers of cooked lasagna in a frying pan, and add the fried meat and the sauce to it.
4 ․ Cover the dish with the remaining layers of lasagna and arrange tomatoes on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on lasagna and cook.
