Buckwheat with Cinnamon Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fruits and honey


Cooking method:

  • In a small saucepan, add spilled buckwheat, a little water, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cover. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped fruits, milk, if desired, and a spoon of honey.
