Ingredients:

rice
peas

For the sauce.
3 teaspoons of water
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Half lime juice, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger


Cooking process:

1. Roast the peas for 25 minutes.

2. Prepare the sauce. In a medium bowl, add water, rice vinegar, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Cook the sauce until it starts to thicken. Add roasted peas. Cook for about 1 minute.
