Light chickpea salad, each ingredient of which does not mix, but complements each other
Cook for 20 minutes
Ingredients:
250 g of peas
250 g of cherry tomatoes
1 medium red bell pepper
2 sprigs of cucumber (celery)
1 red onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
parsley
Preparation Time:
1) Wet the peas beforehand և boil them.
2) Chop onion, parsley, tomato, pepper, celery և add to peas. Season with salt and oil and mix well.
3) Optionally add lemon juice and garlic.
