Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken
- ¼ onion
- 1 tomato
- olive oil - 20 g
- 3 cups of rice
- 2 carrots
- canary pepper
Method of preparation:
- Boil the chicken in a saucepan.
- Pre-cook the rice.
- Pour the oil into the pan, add the onion, and fry.
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- Add oil, green pepper, carrot, and a few chicken pieces to the pan. Leave to cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the cooked rice, and a little saffron and let it cook for a few minutes.
